Character Name: Ryosei Goto - The Ninja Kitsune

Physical description (face, build, weight): Ryosei is a bit of a shape shifter being able to change her hair color and eye color when she wishes but what will always be true due to an odd quirk is that she will always have fox like ears and one or two fox tails she thinks it is possible that as she gets older.
She's also slightly pale skinned for someone of Japanese decent. She has very good muscle tone and is rather buxom for someone Japanese too but she does her best to cover that since it gets in the way of being sneaky.

Alignment (villain, hero etc): Hero- Big Hero 6
Relatives (living/dead?): Seiji Goto (Father, living), Rei Goto (Step-Mother,living), Yuzuki (Kitsune, birth mother living)
Abilities: Ryosei is at a level of hand to hand fighting that one could almost view it as supernaturally enhanced. Her hearing and sense of smell are enhanced up past the level of a normal human.
She can detect when someone is using an illusion. She also can create illusions as far as strength goes someone who has physic training can see through it or a more powerful magic user as this will feel like magic to them. She can summon flames but they are limited to being no larger than a softball and can call fourth at least four of these fire balls at once.
She can also sense spirits and talk to animals freely. They will recognize her kitsune blood and respond as they choose.
Weaknesses and flaws: She is only a half-kitsune so her gifts are cut down a great deal from what they could be. She will likely only have a human life span. She has all the standard weaknesses a human has.
She also can't hide her fox ears or tails no matter what she does. She also goes not have a human shadow it is in the shape of a fox giving away her kitsune heritage to those that are aware of the lore.
Personality: (This is the big one, especially for OCs. Give us a good feel for your character and his or her motivations.)
To Ryosei life is a bit of a joke because she knows just how strange it really is and will happily try to point it out to anyone who will listen to her. She can be very nice to people who are her friends but that kindness will only go so far. If she has made enemies with someone she'll be very hard on them both verbally and if she has to fight them.
She really wanted to find a place where someone like her can fit in. She is aware because of her looks and her blood-line that as much as she loves Japan she won't ever feel fully accepted. It is why that she will enjoy the fame that comes with being a super hero because it will give her the chance to feel some positive attention in spite of how different she looks.
She will also flirt mercilessly with anyone who allows her to. Sometimes she will even flirt just to see if she can get a reaction weather it is positive or not. If they do seem to not want her attention she will taper off with it unless there is a goal in mind to help that person or her friends.
When it comes to her work as a government agent? She loves the excitement. And as she gets positive responses from her handlers she is very okay with that and she does enjoy the concept that she's helping people by using the gifts that she has both learned and was born with.
Her kitsune heritage sometimes influences her. She will get bored easily if she is not working on something and will get the urge to make her own fun if there isn't anything else she can do. This will result in 'pranks' if she feels she can get away with it.
Backstory: (As detailed as you can get for OCs. For canon characters, a Wiki link will suffice.)
Seiji Goto was a young man when he met a mysterious and beautiful woman. She was charming and made him smile even as he was under pressure trying to re-open a family run restaurant after his Uncle had shamelessly drunk himself into an early grave and put the business into near ruin. The woman called herself Yuzuki and for a year and a half in between him working hard she would just make things better.
It hurt his feelings when one day he discovered she had left but business was starting to pick up and he was busy. It was about ten months after that Seiji found a lovely little girl with a short letter from Yuzuki saying she was sorry. She had not meant to hurt him and that the child had human blood and so she needed to be with her father.
Seiji was a good man and did his best to raise Ryosei. They were quite the happy pair and she was a very good baby. It didn't take him long to fall in love with one of the chefs he had hired for his business because she was very kind to his daughter and even loved her a bit. They had a very brief courtship because of this and married. Together they went through the experience of raising a very playful child.
And they discovered her mother was also helping. Small toys and training to keep her gifts from frightening her. To help keep is daughter disciplined Seiji found over the years different people who were willing to have such an unusual child as their student. She was always very good so long as she got positive reinforcement from her teachers which she did get so long as she was dedicated to her work.
It really was a logical leap for her to go into government work once she was old enough to. They liked having a naturally stealthy agent who could do things a normal human couldn't and she liked the chance to really use what she knew.
And very recently there has been talk about the need for a Japanese super hero team. This has really peaked her interest.
